He advises his clients in the proper choice of business entity to use including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, General or Limited Partnerships. He also advises such clients on relevant tax considerations and helps plan the business to obtain the best tax advantages. Mr. Brotzman aids the Client in forming the business entity chosen by filing the appropriate documentation with the State of Colorado and the United States Government. He prepares Bylaws for Corporation, Operating Agreements for Limited Liability Companies, Partnership Agreements for Partnerships. His services also include Buy-Sell Agreements, which provide for the orderly disposal of business interest between owners stemming from such owners desires to terminate the business, to purchase one another business interest, either voluntary or involuntary and structure such buy-outs in the event of disability or death of a business interest owner. Mr. Brotzman also provides full services for contract origination and negotiation.
